Karen Berry was appointed vice president of labor and employee relations for Hawaiian Airlines in August 2011. She is responsible for leading an employee relations team that provides support and counsel to Hawaiian Airlines’ employees. Berry also leads collective bargaining efforts with the company’s unionized employees. She joined Hawaiian Airlines in 1990 as director of corporate planning, and worked in the company’s finance department for 11 years, including as vice president – treasurer. Berry previously served as vice president of finance.
Berry is an alumnus of Lehigh University in Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a triple major in economics, public administration, and journalism. She earned her Master’s in Business Administration degree from Lehigh with an emphasis in finance.
