Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
In connection with a reorganization of executive officer responsibilities, Ron Anderson-Lehman, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. (the “Company”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hawaiian Holdings, Inc. (“Holdings”), will be leaving the Company effective September 30, 2017.
