Usage Agreement
All images, videos, text and other content from this Web site are protected by copyright and other laws, and are licensed for distribution, copying, display, public performance, and transmission for truthful current editorial and truthful current news reporting purposes only, through print, broadcast and Internet news reporting media only, for a non-renewable term of sixty (60) days after initial downloading. Except for inactive internal archival copies kept in the ordinary course of business, the use of any of these images, videos, text or other content after expiration of this sixty (60) day term, or for advertising, marketing or any other commercial purpose, is strictly prohibited, and will constitute willful copyright infringement and intentional violations of any other applicable laws. These images, videos, text or other content can be cropped (as long as all copyright notices and all other copyright management information applicable to that content remain after cropping), but may not be altered in any other way, or used as an undifferentiated portion of another work.
Use of any of these images, videos, text or other content constitutes an irrevocable agreement that the courts of the State of Hawaii, and the United States District Court for the District Hawaii, and no other courts, shall have exclusive original jurisdiction over any disputes relating to such images, videos, text or other content, and the user hereby irrevocably consents to such jurisdiction. This agreement shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the State of Hawaii.
