HONOLULU, Dec. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Hawaiian Airlines has a free holiday gift for Hawaii-lovers everywhere -- a new online program celebrating the music, images and charms of the islands.

The program is called Hawaii Anytime and the branded desktop application for Windows PC systems can be downloaded via the link on the home page of HawaiianAirlines.com, or at http://www.HawaiianAirlines.com/HawaiiAnytime.
With product support from the Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau (HVCB) and AdTools, Hawaiian has loaded up the program with real-time access to streaming Hawaiian music from Honolulu radio station KINE, surf and weather reports, live web cam images from the islands, screen images, a calendar of events, and other destination and travel-related information. Site visitors can even send Hawaii-themed e-cards to family and friends.
"Hawaii Anytime is perfect for anyone who loves the islands but lives abroad and wants to escape into paradise and enjoy what makes being here so memorable," said Rick Peterson, Hawaiian's senior director of e-business and marketing programs. "It's also a great marketing tool for Hawaii, bringing the beauty, culture, music and appeal of the islands into homes, offices and laptops everywhere with just a click of the keyboard."
Peterson added that program users are also given the option to receive continuously updated special bargain fare alerts being offered by Hawaiian, giving them further incentive to plan a trip to the islands.
HVCB shares Hawaiian Airlines' enthusiasm on the program's marketing potential. "Interest in Hawaii is at an all-time high and this online program will keep fans of our islands in touch with all the events and activities taking place throughout the state," said Jay Talwar, HVCB's vice president of marketing.
Peterson emphasized that Hawaii Anytime is offered at no charge and comes with no obligations, commitments or enrollment requirements for usage. "It's all free and just a great way to visit Hawaii every day before actually coming here," he said.
