HONOLULU, March 17, 2004 -- Hawaiian Airlines and the Hawaiian Airlines unit of the Air Line Pilots Association International announced that the company and its pilots have agreed to continue discussions concerning the pilots' pension plan and jointly requested that the bankruptcy court defer its hearing on the subject for an additional 90 days.
The court granted the request and set a new hearing date of July 9, 2004.
