HONOLULU – September 15, 2011 - Hawaiian Airlines today announced the addition of a third weekly flight between Honolulu and Pago Pago, American Samoa, during the upcoming holiday season to accommodate increased travel demand.
The extra flight will operate each Wednesday over a four-week period on December 14, 21, 28, and January 4 in the New Year. Hawaiian Flight 1465 will depart Honolulu International Airport at 4:55 p.m. and arrive at Pago Pago International Airport at 9:35 p.m., with return Flight 1466 departing Pago Pago that same evening at 11:20 p.m. and arriving in Honolulu the following morning at 5:35 a.m.
The special holiday flight is in addition to Hawaiian’s twice-weekly service on Mondays and Thursdays between Honolulu and Pago Pago using the same flight schedule.
