Hawaiian Airlines Appoints Peter Ingram as Chief Financial Officer

HONOLULU –- Hawaiian Airlines announced today the appointment of Peter Ingram as the company's chief financial officer, effective December 1, 2005.
Ingram succeeds interim CFO Steve Jackson, who has filled that role since August 2004.

Ingram is joining Hawaiian after spending the past 11 years with AMR Corporation, parent company of American Airlines and American Eagle Airlines. Since 2002, he has served as vice president of finance and CFO for American Eagle Airlines. Before that, he spent eight years in finance-related management and director positions for American Airlines.

Ingram earned a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University in 1994, graduating in the top 10 percent of his class. He did his undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 1988.
