Hawaiian Airlines Appoints Sheri Lee to Director - Recruitment

HONOLULU – September 17, 2014 – Hawaiian Airlines has appointed Sheri Lee to the position of director - recruitment. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing Hawaiian Airlines’ recruiting activities and talent acquisitions as the airline continues to grow.

“Sheri’s experience in different industries both locally and on the U.S. Mainland will be a great resource in meeting the recruitment needs of the company, which continue to require a global focus,” said Barbara Falvey, Hawaiian Airlines senior vice president - human resources. “With our employees being our most valuable assets, we look forward to her leading our recruiting team and bringing the best talent onboard.”

Prior to joining Hawaiian Airlines, Lee served as a client services group manager for Kamehameha Schools in Honolulu, where she was responsible for the private school’s recruiting function and generalist team supporting corporate groups. Prior to that, she was an assistant superintendent of human resources for the Hawai‘i Department of Education, and also gained 11 years of progressive human resources and talent acquisition  experience, primarily in the technology industry in Seattle, Washington.  

Lee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology from Antioch University in Seattle, Washington.
