HONOLULU, December 18, 1996 -- In systemwide service during November 1996, Hawaiian Airlines recorded Revenue Passenger Miles (RPMs) of 297,722,000, a decrease of 6.0 percent from 316,827,000 RPMs reported for the same month in 1995.
Available Seat Miles (ASMs) in November 1996 were 396,195,000, an decrease of 1.7 percent from 402,928,000 ASMs recorded in November of last year.
Systemwide Load Factor (LF) in November 1996 was 75.1 percent, a decrease of 3.5 points from 78.6 percent in November of last year.
Hawaiian carried 406,818 passengers in November 1996, a decrease of 4.1 percent from 424,314 passengers reported for November 1995.
Cargo Ton Miles (CTMs) flown in November 1996 were 4,974,000, an increase of 26.3 percent from 3,938,000 flown in November 1995.
During the first 11 months of 1996, Hawaiian recorded 1996 year-to-date RPMs of 3,502,500,000 an increase of 7.0 percent from 3,273,695,000 RPMs for the same period last year.
ASMs for the first 11 months of 1996 were 4,642,486,000, an increase of 9.5 percent from 4,240,405,000 ASMs recorded for the same period last year.
Systemwide Load Factor for the January - November 1996 period was 75.4 percent, a decrease of 1.8 points from 77.2 percent during the same period last year.
Through November, Hawaiian carried 4,727,567 passengers, an increase of 4.7 percent from 4,514,018 carried during the same period last year.
Cargo Ton Miles recorded for the first 11 months of 1996 were 45,936,000, an increase of 23.6 percent from 37,169,000 during the same period in 1995.
