After the fourth flight is added to the weekly service, Hawaiian Airlines plans to also adjust the days of operation for the Brisbane route beginning Apr. 14, 2014:
Flight | Route | Departs | Arrives | From March 31, 2014 | From April 14, 2014 |
HA 443 | HNL-BNE | 9:50 a.m. | 4:00 p.m. | Mon, Tues, Thurs, Sat | Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat |
HA 444 | BNE-HNL | 6:35 p.m. | 7:45 a.m. | Tues, Wed, Thurs, Sun | Tues, Thurs, Sat, Sun |
Hawaiian Airlines launched non-stop service to Brisbane in November 2012 and at the time projected an approximate 41,000 seats would be added to both travel markets from the route. Thanks to popular demand, Hawaiian Airlines has exceeded that expectation, transporting more than 65,000 passengers between Brisbane and Honolulu to date.
Hawaiian Airlines is the only U.S. carrier that flies to Brisbane, capital city of the State of Queensland and known as the "Sunshine State," which also serves as a key hub for onward travel throughout Australia. Its flight schedule to Brisbane allows travelers to connect with same-day flights throughout Queensland and to other states through a partner airline carrier. The route is operated by Hawaiian Airlines' wide-body, twin-aisle Boeing 767-300ER aircraft, seating 264 passengers in a two-class cabin, with 18 in Business Class and 246 in the Main Cabin.

About Hawaiian Airlines
Hawaiian Airlines has led all U.S. carriers in on-time performance for each of the past nine years (2004-2012) as reported by the U.S. Department of Transportation. Consumer surveys by Condé Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure and Zagat have all ranked Hawaiian the highest of all domestic airlines serving Hawai'i.
Now in its 84th year of continuous service, Hawaiian is Hawai'i's biggest and longest-serving airline, as well as the largest provider of passenger air service from its primary visitor markets on the U.S. mainland. Hawaiian offers non-stop service to Hawai'i from more U.S. gateway cities (11) than any other airline, along with service from Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, American Samoa, and Tahiti. New non-stop service will begin between Honolulu and Beijing, China in April 2014, subject to government approval. Hawaiian also provides approximately 160 jet flights daily between the Hawaiian Islands.
