– April 8, 2014 – Hawaiian Airlines today announced that it will be increasing service to American
Samoa this summer in response to increased demand for travel between Pago Pago
and Honolulu. Beginning June 18, a third weekly flight will be added on
Wednesdays and will run for four weeks until July 16. The Pago Pago service
currently operates on Mondays and Fridays using a 264-seat Boeing 767-300
aircraft.
For
this summer only, Hawaiian Airlines Flight HA465 will depart Honolulu at 4:45
p.m. and arrive in Pago Pago at 9:30 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Flight HA466 will depart Pago Pago at 11:20 p.m. and will arrive in Honolulu at
5:35 a.m. the following day.
