Hawaiian Airlines Waives Fee For One-Time Reservation Changes

HONOLULU, March 19, 2003 -- In light of the military conflict in Iraq, Hawaiian Airlines announced today it is offering extra flexibility to those planning travel by waiving applicable reservation change fees.

The waiver applies to any ticketed reservation for travel on any Hawaiian Airlines scheduled service flight purchased within 90 days of today's start of military action. To receive the waiver, customers must contact Hawaiian's reservations department within 90 days of today or by their originally scheduled travel date, whichever is earliest. Travel can be rescheduled for any date through December 31, 2003. The waiver is good for one reservation change only. Additional reservation changes will require applicable fees.

Customers will be required to pay for any difference in fares that may result from a change. In addition, current refunds and cancellations policies remain in effect.
Reservation changes must be made by calling Hawaiian Airlines' Reservations directly at 838-1555 on Oahu, toll-free from the Neighbor Islands at 1-800-882-8811, and toll-free from the U.S. mainland at 1-800-367-5320.
