Hawaiian Appoints Ken Rewick – Vice President of Flight Operations

HONOLULU – Feb. 8, 2007 - Hawaiian Airlines today announced the appointment of Ken Rewick as vice president of flight operations.

Rewick is responsible for overseeing all administrative duties and activities for Hawaiian's pilots, including crew scheduling, pilot flight training and standards, and domicile arrangements, as well as the carrier's System Operations Control Center.

He has built a distinguished career at Hawaiian over the past three decades, and has established excellent relationships within the industry and with government aviation agencies at all levels in Hawaii.”

Rewick joined Hawaiian as a pilot in May 1978. His tenure includes 18 years of management experience in a variety of pilot training and administrative duties. Most recently, he served as director of flight operations for Hawaiian. He succeeds Robert Glasgow, who recently retired from the company. Rewick attended Punahou School and the University of Hawaii at Manoa before starting his career with Hawaiian.
